Father and Son chat

March 27, 2007

I had the pleasure of meeting D this weekend. Like most sessions, I just sit back and start shooting. Often I find a gem when I start my editing process. I keep getting drawn into this photo. It’s not often (if ever) that I show a parent along with the photo. But this picture of D and his dad just tugs at my heart strings. It looks like one of many father/son chats to come!

Mini Sessions and News!

March 13, 2007

Mother’s Day is FAST approaching! What better gift for mom (dads are you listening?) then a Gina Alexander bag! For the months of March and April, all Gina Alexander bags will be marked down 20% off retail! If you want your bag by Mother’s Day you’ll need to order by April 2nd. Check out Gina Alexander.

Would you love to have a session, but don’t have the time? I’m going to host mini sessions on April 1st (yep, April Fool’s Day) at Mill Race Village in downtown Northville.

What is a mini-session? Mini-sessions are 15 minute sessions. Great if you need a quick photo for grandma, or a great chance to try out Lil Sweet Pea Photography, OR get a photo for a Gina Alexander Bag 😉 (still listening dad?).. You may book 2 mini sessions back to back if you’d like a longer time (this is suggested for siblings). You’ll get 5-10 proofs from your session in an online gallery.

If you are interested in a mini session, please email me or call ASAP. The cost is $25. If the weather does not cooperate (it’s 70 degrees today, but you never know) a raindate or refund will be offered.

Sessions start at 8:30am!

And lastly….if you need a Madeline fix (my lil sweet pea), I’ve updated her “my pea” gallery with some photos from her 2nd year session.

Rolly Polly O!

March 13, 2007

I’ve fallen behind in my blogging! BAD BAD BAD me! I did a session 2 weeks ago with O. I had the pleasure of doing his newborn photos. He’s a spokesbaby on my website 😉 It’s great to see how big he’s gotten! I love all his rolls. Someday he’ll hate his mom and dad for this photo. But I just HAD to show it!
